Nigerian Government Scholarship Award for Nigerian Students

Application Deadline: 24th January.

Applications are open for several that are eligible to partake in the 2023/2024 scholarship award by the government of Nigeria. The award’s nomination will be via a Computer Based Test (CBT) and will be tenable in every Nigerian higher institutions.

Criteria for Eligibility

The least first degree with second class honours (upper division) is expected of applicants for post graduate studies.

Applicants should be registered full-time students of any federal or state universities.

Other applicants from (UG, HND, NCE) should also be registered regular students within their second year/above in just about any federal or state universities, polytechnics, monotechnics, and colleges of education.

Applicants with HND, NCE should have 3.5 CGPA / above

These are very important to see:

The scholarship will be considered tenable in Nigerian higher institutions.

It shall take effect within the next academic session.

Option of change needless to say shan’t be offered to the scholarship awardees

Participants mustn’t be part-time students or current beneficiaries of another similar award.

Candidates who meet up with the conditions given above should log onto the webpage www.education.gov.ng

Then on the homepage, click “federal scholarship board

Carefully see the guidelines.

Complete the web application form and then print the examination slip.

Needed documents to be attached

  1. Admission letter of one’s institution
  2. CGPA results of year 1, 2 and the rest.
  3. Current course registration form
  4. Current school’s identity card.
  5. State/local government certificate of origin
